 What are dreams made of? Better yet, what should dreams do to us?  I do believe that our ability to dream in itself is a gift.  It gives us energy, passion, direction.   #forwordfriday tonight is all about examining our dreams and how we can make them even better. 📺 Happy weekend!

Happy Monday!  📷ctto I read this and I can almost see how this could be threatening to some, heck even to me.   Letting go of mental constructs is a painful process.  For some, it means a challenge to our sense of security.  For others, it is the fear of settling (because this is how it appears to them).  Still for others, these lines do not seem possible because of the many obligations they have and surrendering the struggles would seem irresponsible.   I get that.  We need to feel secured, we need to achieve, we need to be responsible.   Then again, in the rat race, do we actually get these? Do we ever feel secure? Do we ever feel we feel good on top?  Do we actually take care of everything to the point that there is nothing more to take care of?  What if we could stop for a moment and examine how our daily grind is nourishing the essence of our goals? Is it making our relationships better? Is it building your character...

 What is an edited life? How does it look like?  It will look very different for everybody. Besides, we all have different preferences and taste.   However, for sure it has a sense of purpose and a lot of enthusiasm and energy. A life one would be happy to wake up to.  Watch and share 🙂

 Happy Monday! Stress free?  Is there such thing as a stress free life? I don't think so.  If there is none, then are we just to resign ourself to fate?  I look at my body and I know I am one ball of stress reaction.  My body reacts easily, my mind even more so.  That is why I try to do whatever I can to reduce stress where I can.   1.  Edit things.   Although I may not go to the extreme of stripping down to the bare minimum, I also know that I try not to need things.  My Lazada, Shoppee and Pick.a.roo carts have items in them because when an idea of something I need crosses my mind, I go to these apps and add them to cart.  They stay there.  Happy Monday!  It is my birthday and I spent a good part of my day reading and replying to well wishers from social media as well as spending time with people who took the time to call.  That I think is the best part of celebrating birthdays. People who sincerely wish you well and you, getting the chance to thank them and wish them well too.   I know in my heart that whenever we think of someone, wish or pray for their good health, good fortune, or simply wishing that your care and love for them blesses their life, it actually has an effect in their being.  In Og Mandino's book "The Greatest Salesman in the World", his scroll number 2 contain these lines I will never forget...
